Subscriptions

Subscriptions are excluded from refunds. If you no longer wish to receive your subscription, you must log into your account and cancel your subscription before the next billing date. We cannot issue refunds for orders that have already been processed and shipped. To manage or cancel your subscription, please visit your customer portal via the link in your original confirmation email or log into your account.

Faulty, incomplete, or incorrect orders

We pack every order with the utmost care. However, if you have received an item that is:

Refunds

Once you have contacted us and your return has been approved, we will notify you once we have received and inspected the goods, and we will inform you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 20 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
