Application
Application
Remove the patch from its backing film and place it on a clean, hair-free area of skin. If you have used cream or lotion, clean the skin beforehand. Thoroughly remove any soap and dry the skin completely to ensure good adhesion.
Do not stretch or pull the skin during application. Lightly press down or smooth out the patch after application.
Removal
The patch can simply be peeled off the skin. If pulling on the skin feels uncomfortable, lukewarm water or oil can be used to facilitate removal.
After use, dispose of the patch properly and do not reuse it.
